Responsibility and Sharing Knowledge

The title of Master Sommelier represents one of the most demanding qualifications in the international world of wine. Only a small number of people worldwide have completed this journey. Alex Koblinger has held the title since 2011. He is the only Master Sommelier in Austria working directly with guests and has been member of the Board of the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2018. His commitment is not about exclusivity, but about sharing knowledge and experience. He mentors young talent, supports education and professional development, and played a key role in establishing Court of Master Sommeliers courses and examinations in Austria.
